ATTENTION: The Town of Blackville is experiencing a main line break on Solomon Blatt Avenue (Hwy 3). Water service will be disconnected at 3:30pm for repair. We do not have an estimated restoral time but we will keep you informed. Thank you for your patience.

Blackville Town Hall will close at 12 noon on Wednesday, November 22nd, in observance of Thanksgiving. We will reopen on Monday, November 27th at normal business hours.
