Attention: Due to the forecast of inclement weather, Blackville Town Hall will be closed on Tuesday, January 9th.

ATTENTION: The Town of Blackville is experiencing a main line break on Solomon Blatt Avenue (Hwy 3). Water service will be disconnected at 3:30pm for repair. We do not have an estimated restoral time but we will keep you informed. Thank you for your patience.
